Today, my wish is simple. I wish for comfort for those whose security in the world is rocked by things out of their control. And my heart goes out to them.
What do you wish for, today?

I love Grumpy Cat!

I mean
Yeah!
I think grumpy cat would approve of this picture! Lets all be grumpy today!
I saw Silver Linings Playbook. It was an... interesting movie. Turns out, I really like Jennifer Lawrence. Her character was, in my opinion, pretty awesome. I just loved her.
That girl is hot. I have a girl crush on her. And Bradley Cooper isn't so bad himself!
I've watched a couple movies lately... Normally, I can't sit still for a 2 hour movie. And honestly? Most movies seem to make me horny and frustrated. So that's annoying, lol. Sort of. *headdesk*
OMG! This Song! I heard it over the weekend and it kinda made me tear up. So pretty!
I did make a vlog on Friday. It was a shoutout vlog to you xangans. but then I realized I forgot some people and that makes me feel bad,
, so I probably will make another one.
I like vlogging, but I just don't have anything interesting to "talk" about and, well, I dunno! It's just not the same anymore! But we'll see. Give me ideas! Maybe it'll help!
Shoutouts and answering questions seems to be the only thing potentially interesting. *shrug*
Oh, what else can I think of to talk about... Hmm Hmm Hmm...
Oh, well, I do need to get off my @$$ and go run! I want something SO bad, I can taste it! I can freaking taste it. And when I get it, well...
Oh yeah. Take that, grumpy cat!

Does anyone else watch Celebrity Apprentice? I was actually really rooting for Penn Jillette. Oh well.
But Cochran won survivor, so it's all good!
And Once Upon A Time! *sigh*. They better, better, better make sure Neil survives and is in the Next Season.
Ohterwise, I will be grumpy!

I hear this voice in my head... "Get off your @$$, girl, and go run". I should probably obey it!
Have a fun and grumpy monday!

Did I use enough emoticons to annoy some of you? Good!
Today I was holding my daughter. Just holding her. She doesn't hold still very well, since she is now 4. I remember when she was under a year old and she would take her naps on me. Yes. Nap time was sleep on mommy time so I hardly ever had time for anything, because during her nap times I was holding her! lol
Then when she was a year, I tried transitioning her to nap in her crib or whatever.
There's nothing like a sleeping baby. Or feeding a baby a bottle. *sigh*
Anyway, she's just growing up so fast and I kinda miss those things. Anyway...
A while back, we were looking at pictures on facebook. This woman I know was pregnant, so she was showing her preggo belly. My daughter goes, "Mommy? What is wrong with her belly?" So I said, "There is a baby in there". She said, "Mommy, people don't eat people". Lol. A little while later, I was slumped on the couch and she was like, "Mommy, it looks like there is a baby in your belly!". LOL That's always flattering to hear!
Anyway, today she goes, "Mommy, how did I get into your belly?"
haha. Oy. I'm not ready for those types of questions. I just laughed.
And held her.
And that didn't last long, because she's an energetic 4 year old and rarely actually wants mommy to hold her.

Years ago on xanga, I would talk about how bad the baby bug would bite. And it did. Eventually, that bug went away and quit biting and I changed my mind. I didn't want any more kids.
Well I guess... maybe it's hormones or my age or i don't know. But I guess... there's this part of me that just wants to experience it all again.
I feel so crazy, because I know that it's never that easy. Having a child is a HUGE decision and you really have to be responsible with it. I am NOT in a place to be a mother to MORE children. And probably wont' be for a while. Which is why this new baby bug biting me is ANNOYING.
But I can always just remember back... Pregnancy was pretty much mostly awful, lol, but there was on thing that trumped everything.
Feeling her move around. I'd lay on the couch or the bed and feel her kick and move and talk to her.
I was on bed rest and couldn't "nest" like most moms do. But I would have my husband bring me all the folded clothes out of her dresser so I could refold them in bed, on bed rest!
haha, no kidding! I just wanted to do something....
Ah, damn you baby bug! Quit it!
Maybe one day... but I know that now is NOT the time and yeah. Ugh.
Eh. I don't know what's wrong with me.
I apologize in advance for pictures of the same thing. I mean, it's either trees or flowers or whatever. Things I like. I just happen to, you know, care. If you don't, that's fine.
Actually, I'm being sarcastic. I don't apologize. I'm just tired of people expecting people to blog in a way they like. If you don't like the things people blog about, Eff off and read your own shit!
Thank you!
Have a lovely day! After this, I'm going to go run to work off some aggression I have. Yep! Actually, I'm quite aware of how little most people actually give a crap.
Anyway!

I took this picture at my aunt's house. She was outside at the time. She goes, "Now *insert embarrasing pet name*, what are you doing?!?!". She had her hand on her hip and her head cocked sideways like I was a crazy person. I said, "Taking a picture of your tree?"
Oh, I'm so sorry that it's a crime to take pictures of trees. Sorry it makes me a loony. You know, some people prefer taking pictures of people! I prefer trees and nature and shit.
FREAKING SUE ME!
God, people frustrate me.

The Color Run was a blast! I had so much fun! Despite having a few ... bumps in the road, so to speak. I'll get to that!
It just made for an extra unique experience, lol. I can't wait to do this again! There was such a high I got doing this and oh boy! I would do this every day, if I could!
So the day before, we had to drive out to Ypsilanti to pick up our packets. It's a good idea we got all registered and got all our stuff BEFORE that day. Because we got lost! lol

Now this is the car I want! I might get my licence for this car!!

They even had a truck!

Our packets included our #, our pink wristband, a sweatband, a shirt, a tattoo and our color pack. I got green!

I already posted this pic, but this was just trying stuff on and getting really excited for it!!!

My nails were all ready, too!
We got to where we thought we needed to go by 7:30. We got out and started following the same direction other people in white had gone. Even though, those people had turned around... that should have been our first clue! We kept going. I really needed to go to the bathroom and it was freezing! Freezing! It was roughly 40 something degrees out. We decided to turn around, go look at my sisters iphone to get better directions. We discovered we parked about 3 miles from where we needed to be, lol. So we moved about a mile closer.
Then we walked and walked and walked and couldn't figure out where the heck we needed to go! People were already running. People were already covered in a few different colors. In fact, some people were done, sitting outside a bar, drinking beer. I'm like, wtf? lol I tried to stay positive, though! I just kept thinking man! We're burning tons of a calories this way! lol We kept walking, kept walking, asked a few people who sent us in the wrong direction, so we had to turn around. We finally asked some cops where the starting line was and they knew. When we got to the starting line... There was no one there! Most of the people were already done and back in the park! lol We were lost for 2 whole hours. Yup... lol
So we got our own little private experience. Oh, there are a couple others who got lost. They didn't have many signs at all! My sister was like, "Well maybe we should just join in here? Maybe we should just go to the finish line", but nah! We paid for it, I wasn't going to leave there having not completed it! Thankfully, someone saw us and asked if we were still going to do it and so they at least knew we were coming, even thought they were already starting clean up at the color stations. Oh yeah and i never did manage to go to the bathroom. I decided that we just needed to keep going and not stop! ANd it was still so super stinking fun!!!
So now I will share the pictures, now that you know the story! There was a time in there where these two guys were picking up the last of us people in golf carts and were just going to drive us to all the color stations. So we did get a little ride in there, but then walked the rest, once we met up with other groups who had gotten lost, too! lol We'll know what we're doing next year. We were just not familiar with the area and we still parked way too far from where we needed to be, lol.
Okay, pictures!

I took these pics when were trying to figure out where to go! lol

Pink!

That was fun... Cause it just got whipped right across my face, lol.

this is when you open your color packet and go crazy! Or whatever!

Yeah, so then we started being silly!

To the park!

So then we walked around and got pics of a lot of these things!

Ha! That was kind of fun. He blew up my tutu!

Our messy faces!

It was a blast!!
And I also made a vlog! It's short!
You know I had to vlog like this!
It was so much stinking fun! I would so do this every day. Totally my thing!
You should all do it! It's tons of fun. Can't wait till the next time!

Today was so exciting! Last night, I was anticipating the alarm and was feeling excited and didn't sleep that well. Got up early, still excited, just a bit tired and went and had a blast at the color run. Even if we did practically do two 5ks instead of just one. It was 4 hours of walking. Getting lost, needing to go the bathroom and just holding it the entire 4 hours and STILL I felt like running/floating to the finish line, today... I felt so light on my feet and happy. I had fun. Just an amazing feeling!
And though I am now EXTREMELY sore, it was all totally worth it!
So, yay! I'm excited for the Color Run. Oh my goodness!!!!!!!
So, today, we had to drive out to Ypsilanti to pick up our color packets. We got a shirt, a sweatband, a tattoo, our # and a color packet. YaaaAaaaaAaaaYyYyyyyyy!!!
I also got a rainbow tutu! we were excited to get home and try on our stuff.
Anyway, here are two pre pictures of what I'm wearing. One with tutu, one without. I'm wearing the tutu, though. I have a white one and a rainbow one, but I decided I should have gone with my gut instinct and gotten the rainbow!
So here... and, um, excuse my *cough, too lazy to wear a bra, now don't look there! I can see you! lol, why'd I point it out? *cough*

Without tutu. The shirt fit, but it's a little big and long! But that's okay!!! We're going to spray it with vinegar, so the color won't wash out! You know, once it's all colorful! That might be my new favorite shirt!

I'm wearing everything but the sunglasses, tomorrow!
I'm excited! I'm excited! I'm excited!!!
I will have plenty of more pictures later!
But I gotta get to bed early, as i have to be up at 5:30 in the morning. *groan*
I think I'm too excited to sleep, though. Awesome!

Okay, I got tagged by two people. Yes, two!
(@traintrack and @princesspowers . You both are awesome, by the way. Just letting you know)
OKay, so coming up with 16 rare things about me is pretty darn difficult. So I'm referring back to a post from last year sometime. Hold on let me check... Well, june of last year, so almost! Remember that whole truths and lies trend thing? Yeah, well, I'm going to share some of those stories. You probably won't remember anyway. So that's good!
1. I was an apartment manager, for a little over a year. Before we moved back here. Anyway, my bosses were great! They were very, um, generous. So it was in january when we were leaving and that happened to be a couple days before my birthday. They gave me a birthday card. In it, was $500.
2. When I was a teenager, 16 or 17 can't remember, I had a cyst on my bone in my mouth. Yeah. So I had to go under for them to cut into my gum and remove said cyst. But, recovering from THAT surgery, was much easier than recovering from having 8 teeth pulled! Holy hell!
3. I did take ice skating lessons when I was a little girl. I totally missed my calling. I should have stuck with it. Can you imagine me a figure skater? Ahhh, but it's so beautiful. I love imagining it! The outfits are pretty cool too!
4. If I do enough push ups, for some reason, I can have an orgasm. It makes me giggle. It's very strange. I still don't like push ups.
5. In 6th grade, we went on a ski trip. I was scared to death. I had never skiied before. But anyway, after enough suffered trauma on the hills, I was allowed to stay in the lodge. But then I went to the bathroom and everyone packed up and left me. I didn't know which way to go. So I went in a direction that I thought made sense. I was wrong. Thankfully, they did a head count and sent someone to look for me, lol.
6. When I was in... Oh geez, 7th or 8th grade, I did coach a little girls soccer team. It was indoor soccer and they were just elementary girls. But it was fun! lol
7. I had a huge crush on this one guy. He was my one steady crush through upper elementary and highschool. Anyway, it was water day at school and so we had fun water activities and could bring squirt guns and stuff. At the end of the day, he came over to me and asked me if he could see my squirt gun. I was so shy around him, that I wouldn't let him see it! ha! *doh*
8. When I was 15, I tried to run away from home. oh, I didn't get far. My now brother in law (sisters boyfriend at the time) was over. Well, he started to chase me and then yelled for other people in the back yard. I just made it out in the front yard, lol. I then went back in the house, slammed my door and later my gramma came in and hugged me. Boy, those were some fun years...
9. Me and the neighborhood kids liked to play hockey. However, we didn't have hockey sticks. So we used golf clubs. Well, I was standing a little too close behind my friend and when she swung back, I got a golf club to the face. Lol. Nothing an ice pack couldn't fix! lol
10. One day, i woke up and couldn't hear out of one ear. I spent plenty of time freaking out, crying, doing whatever I could to hear again. It went in and out. Then for an entire year, I lost hearing. One day, as I was sitting in bed, there was a pop! And I could hear again! And everything was so loud. I haven't had much of a problem with it since. It's only that way when I'm sleeping. I'm thankful though that I can hear.
11. We spent our first year anniversary at Disneyland. We lived in vegas, so we went to disneyland and san diego zoo and yeah... Uh... So at the ripe old age of 20, was the first time I went to disneyland! And yeah, It was still fun! lol
12. When we were in vegas, we didn't have a vehicle. So we walked and took the bus. On this particular night, we were walking home from the bus stop, when an SUV went by. This guy stuck his head out, yelled something and then threw a bottle at me. It hit me in the arm and gave me a nice welt. I was pissed.
13. I went camping with a group of people, when I was 6 months pregnant. ha, haha. Um. Yeah. I couldn't be without my preggo pillow. threw up at the campground. threw up in a friends car. had to stop at a gas station to change clothes. Oh yeah. Good times! Being pregnant is SOOOO fun.
14. My friend and I won first place in duet acting!
15. We would take trips down to see my aunt (gramma's sister) in west virginia. There was this cat that would always come by her house and I loved cats. I named her sparkles (turns out he was actually a boy. Oops) and I would feed her (him) snapple off my finger. Feel the scratchy toungue...
16. I can't really even remember my first kiss. Bummer... I only kissed once in the rain. It wasn't that good. Kissing during sex is amazing. It's been a LONG time since I've kissed someone. I mean REALLY kissed someone. *sigh*
17. this is a bonus. Because I'm so bad at reading, I just realized these don't have to all be rare facts about you, but habits and goals too. So I'm throwing out there that I'm bad at reading! There's a bad habit. My goal is to get better at that!
And now! I must tag people! I used to love this! Haven't done this in a while! yay!
