Make Love, Not War
So, you all may have noticed some “Xanga Drama” that I’ve been a part of. Maybe a Michigan Vs. Texas debate with a “best xanga friend” @mytwocentss? Maybe you thought it was really stupid and, maybe, some of you found it annoying. Hey, I can jump on the “most xanga battles are stupid and immature” bandwagon.
So, I need to clarify something.
IT WAS A JOKE
See, I got a “challenge”, a dare if you will, to stage a xanga fight and make people choose sides. Compliments of @justfinethanku. You can blame him.

Yes, I live in Michigan but I may move to Texas and I certainly have NO BEEF with Texas. You texans are awesome and I want to be awesome with you. That said, I’m still a Michigan girl at heart. Born and Raised. Won’t change.
I also never supported obama. But, shhh, we don’t have to talk about that. No political drama on page, please!
So, I hope you enjoyed the show? You guys seriously have no idea how fun this was. We were messaging each other, the whole time, laughing our butts off! I suggest you all try it. lol. However, not going to lie, there were times I wanted to cut it short and let people know, because I knew we were both going to look crazy childish and what not
. I would like to reassure you that both Kim and I are awesome people, so don’t hate us. *hugs for all*. It was an awesome girl fight. If you missed it, WHERE WERE YOU? LOL. You can go back and read our comments to each other, which had me in stitches, I assure you. She’s really good at this. I was just thinking, “OH SNAP!” to the majority of her comments. She kept me on my toes, cause I had no idea how I’d be in a fake fight.I haven’t had this good of a laugh in a while. My sides hurt so bad!
Me and kim should take our bow, now.
Plus, I just want to say again that I have a secret Love for Texas, so I didn’t mean to intentionally offend any Texans out there. I knew Kim wouldn’t be offending any Michiganders (as there aren’t many people on xanga from Michigan. C’mon, Michiganders, get the heck on xanga. I’m going to host a meet up, some day, so you need to get on so I can get to know you first!

*I’d also like to point out, and I didn’t even say this to kim, but before we started all this, yesterday, I was sad and crying and then kim just got into it and made me laugh and my day got so much better. So I have to thank her for that!

Then I saw hers, and thought, Megan’s not mean… must be some kind of xanga thing.
Once I clued in it did look like you were having fun. Some of those michigan shirts were pretty funny.
I missed it all! I saw the challenge for the fight on your dare me, but missed the fight. I miss all the cool stuff.
@Shadowrunner81 - Well, I gotta say, when you said that you didn’t want me to feel alienated, by you, and that you were just judging my state, I thought, “Awww, he’s such a nice guy *sniff, sniff*”. lol
That’s when I really wanted to let you know that it was all a joke!
@BoulderChristina - I don’t think either of us is really all that popular, so I’m sure it was easy to miss
. It’s okay. But, we also really only did it for half a day. Maybe going longer would have been more fun, but I didn’t want to lose friends over this LOL.
@Megabyyte - Aww! I had no clue you’d had a rough day. *HUGS* I’m really glad that we had fun together & it cheered you up.
If you ever need a fake fight to cheer you up again, lemme know. *hehe* We can always keep it protected so people don’t think we’re crazy. Except for those who can see it. 
Yeah, the pictures we both found were hilarious. A picture is worth a 1,000 words so I think we were VERY chatty yesterday!
@Shadowrunner81 - Yeah, when I read how you didn’t want to hurt Megan I almost faltered & messaged you. *hehe* I couldn’t stand the idea of something thinking I was mean or a witch, especially to someone we all know is so nice!

btw…a great movie line from “an officer and gentleman” is: drill sgt. asks recruit where he is from. the recruit answers “texas” drill sgt then says, ”there are only two things that come from texas. steers and queers and i dont see any horns on you.”

Oh! I missed the fight! I might have had to punch myself in the nose! I was born in Michigan, but have lived most of my life in Texas… Michigan was great from a kid’s perspective! Texas is a mixed bag – you can find what you want though!
